About

To provide an overview of the various phases of the evolution of Indian writing in English; to introduce students to the thematic concerns, genres and trends of Indian writing in English; to generate discussions on the constraints and challenges encountered in articulating Indian sensibility in English; to expose students to the pluralistic aspects of Indian culture, ethos and identity.

Event mainly focuses on current and trending topics in the domains of engineering and education conducted by educators from leading schools and prominent institutions through a variety of insightful, instructive, and motivating live discussion events. This initiative by the university is in acknowledgement that now is the appropriate time to partner with schools to supply useful information to dispel concerns about education ,new teaching approaches, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Creative-Writing

Debate - English

Max event duration : Prelims : 2mins & Finals : 5 mins

Instructions :

The topic for the prelims of the debate competition will be announced on the spot. Each participant will be allowed 2 minutes for the prelims & 5 minutes for the finals.



Elocution - English

Max event duration : Prelims : 2mins & Finals : 5 mins
